Dogman reportedly have a putrid smell. Some have indicated smells resembling

That’s because it probably drinks water from eddies with Sulfur on the surface, like that found in Sulfur Springs, TX. Sulfur gives humans headaches, however animals bath in Sulfur to keep away bloodsuckers.
