Cricket Flour

It is an abomination to eat bugs in any form. The body sees it the same as arsenic, a deadly poison, for that is bugs on long term. Chittin acts on the body exactly like arsenic.
Also, we have had cricket flour for years. I bought some years back 2 sacks of flour I bought ground and made from wheat by some Navajo Indians in northern Arizona. Best flour ever had, perfect everything, every time. Baking, sauces, you name it.

But all the store bought flour I've bought in the last 10 years is total Shite, no matter what brand I buy. It looks like flour, but does not rise like real flour nor saute like real flour and everything tastes off.

I just threw it all out, still using the Navajo stuff, best flour I have ever used.
