Visualisation exercises are an activity that the whole family can do. They can share their experiences and have fun with it. Imagine what a child can achieve with parents who understand the power of thought and practice visualisation. Furthermore if these parents practice visualisation with their children in a fun and playful way, we would be nurturing children to create a future so bright, that we could hardly imagine what the world would look like.
