Just goes to show why so many of us have no energy, feel lethargic, can't be bothered😔
It's the fluoride in our water, fizzy drinks, contamination through plastic packaging, that's without all the chemicals and vaccines in meat and veg.
I'm currently touring round Sweden, decent food is hard to come by up here, I can't read the swedish labels and don't know where to get organic as I'm constantly on the move.
My energy levels have dropped off big time.
I'll be doing a 15 day water only fast, to detox from all the junk food I've been eating on my road trip when I get home. (Plus all the mosquito spray I've been using leaching into my skin).
