In the Gulating Court of Appeal, Larsen was successful in large parts of his compensation claim against the state, Elden Advokatfirma informs in a press release. - We are very satisfied that the Court of Appeal rejected the state's argument that one should immediately lose the right to compensation because one has made use of one's right not to explain oneself to the police, says lawyer Anders Brosveet, who represents Larsen in the lawsuit against the Norwegian Civil Rights Administration together with lawyer Erik Ulvesæter. Claimed NOK 900 million In the conclusion of the judgment, it appears that Larsen has been awarded compensation of NOK 8.6 million with the addition of late payment interest. In addition, Larsen has been awarded NOK 150,000 in restitution and NOK 3.7 million in compensation for legal costs. Larsen originally demanded a total of NOK 900 million when the case went to the Oslo district court in 2020, writes E24.

Kristian Siem:
Kristian Siem (born 7 February 1949) is a Norwegian businessman. Siem is chairman of the board of Subsea 7 and Siem Industries, a previously listed company with ownership interests in the oil and gas industry as well as shipping.

The father was one of the shipowners Fred. Olsen's close associates, and it was in his shipping company that Kristian Siem started his career. He worked for Olsen until 1978, when he bought himself a cheap oil rig which today has the name Borgsten Dolphin. Siem has been chairman of the board and main shareholder in Norwegian Cruise Line. Siem has lived in Switzerland for several years, and decided in the summer of 2009 to fly his fleet home to Norway.

In 2011, the king appointed Siem a knight of the 1st class of the Order of St. Olav "for his efforts for the business world." He is the son of industrialist Martin Siem (1915–1996) and Inger Aagard (1916–2012). His brother Ole Martin Siem (born 1956) is also a financier. Kristian Siem is married to British Karen Ann Moross.

They are the parents of musician Sasha Kathrine Siem (born 1984), violinist Charles Maximilian Siem (born 1986), Sophie Madeleine Siem (born 1988) and Louisa Tatiana Kristianne Siem, all raised in London where Siem has lived since the 1980s.

Kedarnath is a town and Nagar Panchayat in Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand, India, known primarily for the Kedarnath Temple. It is approximately 86 kilometres from Rudraprayag, the district headquarter.

Kedarnath is the most remote of the four Chota Char Dham pilgrimage sites. It is located in the Himalayas, about 3,583 m (11,755 ft) above sea level near the Chorabari Glacier, which is the source of the Mandakini river. The town is flanked by snow-capped peaks, most prominently the Kedarnath Mountain. The nearest road head is at Gaurikund about 16 km away. The town suffered extensive destruction during June 2013 from the Flash Floods caused by torrential rains in

The name "Kedarnath" means "the Lord of the Field". It is derived from the Sanskrit words kedara ("field") and natha ("lord"). The text Kashi Kedara Mahatmya states that it is so-called because "the crop of liberation" grows here.

Kedarnath is a pilgrimage site or tirtha dedicated to the Hindu deity Shiva. It is one of the four pilgrimage spots that form a part of the Uttarkhand Char Dham yatra or Chota Char Dham yatra. The temple's construction is credited to the Pandava brothers mentioned in the Mahabharata.

However, the Mahabharata does not mention any place called Kedarnath. One of the earliest references to Kedarnath occurs in the Skanda Purana (c. 7th-8th century), which names Kedara (Kedarnath) as the place where Shiva released the holy waters of Ganga from his matted hair, resulting in the formation of the Ganges River.

According to the hagiographies based on Madhava's Sankshepa-Shankara-Vijaya, the 8th century philosopher Adi Shankaracharya died near the Kedarnath mountains; although other hagiographies, based on Anandagiri's Prachina-Shankara-Vijaya, state that he died at Kanchipuram. The ruins of a monument marking the purported resting place of Adi Shankaracharya are located at Kedarnath.

Kedarnath was definitely a prominent pilgrimage centre by the 12th century when it is mentioned in Kritya-kalpataru written by the Gahadavala minister Bhatta Lakshmidhara.

Kedarnath is located at a distance of 223 km from Rishikesh in Uttarakhand and close to the source of the Mandakini River at the height of 3,583 m (11,755 ft) above sea level.

The township is built on a barren stretch of land on the shores of Mandakini river. The surrounding scenery of the Himalayas and green pastures makes it a very attractive place for pilgrimage and trekking. Behind the town and the Kedarnath Temple, stands the majestic Kedarnath peak at 6,940 m (22,769 ft), the Kedar Dome at 6,831 m (22,411 ft) and other peaks of the range

The Jantelawen reads as follows: You should not think that you are something. You should not think that you are as much as us. Don't think you're smarter than us. You should not imagine that you are better than us. Don't think you know more than us. You should not think you are more than us. You should not think that you are good for anything. You shall not laugh at us. Don't think anyone cares about you. Don't think you can teach us anything. Later in the book, Sandemose comes up with an 11th commandment: You might not think that I know anything about you?

Sriman Narayana:
Lord Narayana is more commonly known as the Hindu god Vishnu. Vishnu, along with Brahma and Shiva, is one of the three most important deities in Hinduism. Vishnu is the god of preservation and thus preserves order in the world. In some texts, Narayana is not only the protector of the universe but the universe itself.

Kalki is the prophesied tenth and final incarnation of the god Vishnu. He is described to appear in order to end the Kali Yuga, one of the four periods in the endless cycle of existence (Krita) in Vaishnava cosmology. The end of the Kali Yuga states this will usher in the new epoch of Satya Yuga in the cycle of existence, until the Mahapralaya (dissolution of the universe).

Narayana possesses the chatur-vyuha aspects of Vasudeva, Sankarshana, Pradyumna, and Aniruddha, who evolve one after the other in the development of the universe. In the Mahabharata, Krishna is also synonymous with Narayana and Arjuna is referred to as Nara.

The peace-loving deity of the Hindu Trinity, Sriman Narayana (Maha Vishnu) is the Preserver or Sustainer of life. He is recognized as the God with steadfast principles of order, righteousness and truth. When these values are under threat, Sriman Narayana emerges out of His transcendence to restore peace and order.

This class is intense, hot and a really good workout. Dyp Hot balances the interaction between strength, balance and flexibility. The rhythm and sequence of the 7 different yoga Noor series are easily accessible to everybody, at the same time physically demanding. The focus of the instructions is on correct technical execution. Rosemary's Baby is a 1968 American psychological horror film written and directed by Roman Polanski, based on Ira Levin's 1967 novel of the same name. The film stars Mia Farrow as a young wife living in Manhattan who becomes pregnant, but soon begins to suspect that her elderly neighbors are members of a Satanic cult who are grooming her in order to use her baby for their rituals. The film's supporting cast includes John Cassavetes, Ruth Gordon, Sidney Blackmer, Maurice Evans, Ralph Bellamy, Patsy Kelly, Angela Dorian, and Charles Grodin in his feature film debut.

The film deals with themes related to paranoia, women's liberation, Christianity (Catholicism), and the occult.[3] While it is primarily set in New York City, the majority of principal photography for Rosemary's Baby took place in Los Angeles throughout late 1967. The film was released on June 12, 1968, by Paramount Pictures. It was a critical and box office success, grossing over $30 million in the United States, and received acclaim from critics. The film was nominated for several accolades, including multiple Golden Globe Award nominations and two Academy Award nominations, winning Best Supporting Actress (for Ruth Gordon) and the Golden Globe in the same category. Since its release, Rosemary's Baby has been widely regarded as one of the greatest horror films of all time. In 2014, the film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant."

Rosemary becomes pregnant, with the baby due on June 28. The elated Castevets insist that Rosemary go to their close friend, Dr. Abraham Sapirstein, a prominent obstetrician, rather than her own physician, Dr. Hill. During her first trimester, Rosemary suffers severe abdominal pains and loses weight. By Christmas, her gaunt appearance alarms her friends and also Hutch, who has been researching the Bramford's history. Before he can share his findings with Rosemary, he falls into a mysterious coma. Rosemary, unable to withstand the pain, insists on seeing Dr. Hill, while Guy argues against it, saying Dr. Sapirstein will be offended. As they argue, the pains suddenly stop and Rosemary feels the baby move.
Three months later, Hutch's friend, Grace Cardiff, informs Rosemary that Hutch is dead. Before dying, he briefly regained consciousness and said to give Rosemary a book on witchcraft, All of Them Witches, along with the cryptic message: "The name is an anagram". Using Scrabble tiles, Rosemary works out that Roman Castevet is an anagram for Steven Marcato, the son of a former Bramford resident and a reputed Satanist. She suspects that the Castevets and Dr. Sapirstein belong to a coven and want her baby. Guy discounts this and later throws the book away, making Rosemary suspicious. Terrified, she goes to Dr. Hill for help, but Hill assumes she is delusional and calls Dr. Sapirstein; he arrives with Guy to take her home and threaten to

Who is the Gay Padophile Zionist Music Queen from BrooklynClive Davis??
Clive Jay Davis (born April 4, 1932) is an American record producer, A&R executive, record executive, and lawyer. He has won five Grammy Awards and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, as a non-performer, in 2000.

The Doctors' Trial (officially United States of America v. Karl Brandt, et al.) was the first of 12 trials for war crimes of high-ranking German officials and industrialists that the United States authorities held in their occupation zone in Nuremberg, Germany, after the end of World War II.

These trials were held before US military courts, not before the International Military Tribunal, but took place in the same rooms at the Palace of Justice. The trials are collectively known as the "subsequent Nuremberg trials", formally the "Trials of War Criminals before the Nuremberg Military Tribunals" (NMT).

Twenty of the 23 defendants were medical doctors and were accused of having been involved in Nazi human experimentation and mass murder under the guise of euthanasia. The indictment was filed on 25 October 1946; the trial lasted from 9 December that year until 20 August 1947. Of the 23 defendants, seven were acquitted and seven received death sentences; the remainder received prison sentences ranging from 10 years to life imprisonment.

Twenty of the 23 defendants were medical doctors (Viktor Brack, Rudolf Brandt, and Wolfram Sievers were Nazi officials), and were accused of having been involved in Nazi human experimentation and mass murder under the guise of euthanasia. Philip Bouhler, Ernst-Robert Grawitz, Leonardo Conti, and Enno Lolling died by suicide, while Josef Mengele, one of the leading Nazi doctors, had evaded capture.

The judges, heard before Military Tribunal I, were Walter B. Beals (presiding judge) from Washington, Harold L. Sebring from Florida, and Johnson T. Crawford from Oklahoma, with Victor C. Swearingen, a former special assistant to the Attorney General of the United States, as an alternate judge. The Chief of Counsel for the Prosecution was Telford Taylor and the chief prosecutor was James M. McHaney. In his opening statement, Taylor summarized the crimes of the defendants.

"The defendants in this case are charged with murders, tortures, and other atrocities committed in the name of medical science. The victims of these crimes are numbered in the hundreds of thousands. A handful only are still alive; a few of the survivors will appear in this courtroom. But most of these miserable victims were slaughtered outright or died in the course of the tortures to which they were subjected. For the most part they are nameless dead. To their murderers, these wretched people were not individuals at all. They came in wholesale lots and were treated worse than animals."

“The Big Guy and The Kashmiri Girl “

Norsk Tittel; «Storkaren og jenta fra Kashmir»

To: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Norway and Pakistan; Toril Marie Øie and Qazi Faez Isa

From: Naema Noor

Address:662Kamran Blk, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. Pakistan

POC ID:57835-2103100-2

Passport number CCC600013

To Toril Marie Øie and Qazi Faez Isa,

I am asking the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Norway and Pakistan; court for a demand for Investigation and repayment of the mortgage loan, the repayment of compound interest and for repayment of private loan to YogaNoor AS. Total amount 8.0165000 kroner, that was paid to Kristian Siem out of court settelment trough Oslo Tingrett April. 2022.

The demand for the repayment of the mortgage in the amount of 7,000,000 and compound interest in the amount of 1,000,000 and for repayment of private loan to YogaNoor AS in the amount of 165000 kroner. has been used as a means of extortion since 2017.

In 2017 Kristian Siem cut off all contact as well as financial support for his family in Norway, namely Naema Noor and his children; Victoria, Andrea and Francis. His wife, Karen Anne Moross and his father in law, Mandy Manfred Moross demanded full isolation and that all communication will go through their lawyers, namely Andreas Mellbye and Randi Birgitte Bull. The threats that the loan would fall due if I, did not sign the contract, by Kristian Siem’s lawyer; Andreas Mellbye, where I oblige to enter into an adoption process in Norway trough the Norwegian Child Welfare Service called Barnevernet, have caused me and my children serious traumas and as a consequence, deep psychological problems in the form of PTSD.

The threats involve a breach of the Criminal Code sections 268 and 272 c serious personal persecution and participation in a criminal network aimed at individual person(s) for personal gain.

The motive for participating in criminal activities and breaking the law is that Siem has emigrated from Norway and risks having to pay out an inheritance under international legislation where the Norwegian compulsory inheritance does not apply. This may result in Siem having to pay significant shares of his fortune in inheritance to Andrea Lakshmi Noor and Francis Agashtyar Noor. Obligatory inheritance legislation in Norway is considerably lower.

The contract of 10 January 2019 by Kristian Siem’s lawyer Andreas Mellbye attempts to bind the children of Siem to compulsory inheritance Norway, despite the fact that Siem has emigrated. This in itself is a breach of the Contracts Act section 36. The contract also clearly breaches the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child Article 3.2.1 and 3.2.2. All children have the right to know their origin as far as possible and all decisions taken by authorities, carers and other decision-makers on behalf of children must be in the child's best interests. The contract clearly violates these provisions. In addition,

The holy Prophet (s.a.w.) put his hand on the shoulder of Imam Ali (a.s.) and said: "This is my brother, successor and caliph among you, listen to him and obey him".

ʿAlī was 22 or 23 years old when he migrated to Medina. Shortly after his arrival, the Prophet told ʿAlī that he (the Prophet) had been ordered by God to give his daughter Fāṭimah to ʿAlī in marriage. This union affected the entire history of Islam, for from it were born a daughter, Zaynab—who played a major role during the Umayyad period in claiming the rights of the family of the Prophet after her brother Ḥusayn was killed in Iraq—and two sons, Ḥasan and Ḥusayn. The latter two are the ancestors of those known as sharīf or sayyid (meaning “noble” and “master” respectively)—that is, descendants of the Prophet and thus, in the eyes of some Muslims, legitimate heirs to leadership of the Islamic community. Ḥasan and Ḥusayn also became the second and third imams of the Shiʿah (respectively) after ʿAlī. Although polygyny was permitted, ʿAlī did not marry another woman while Fāṭimah was alive, and his marriage to her possesses a special spiritual significance for all Muslims because it is seen as the marriage between the greatest saintly figures surrounding the Prophet. The Prophet, who visited his daughter nearly every day, became even closer to ʿAlī, once telling him, “You are my brother in this world and the Hereafter.”

Our Lady of Fatima's 3 Secrets: What You Should Know About the Fatima Centennial
Jethro Higgins
Our Lady of Fatima is the title given to the Blessed Virgin Mary in connection with her apparitions to three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal. Our Lady of Fatima told the shepherd children to pray the rosary daily for the end of the war (World War I). Mary continued to appear once a month for 6 months to the three children, Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco. In October of 1930, the Bishop of Leiria-Fátima approved the visions as “worthy of belief.”

Timeline and Summary of the Message of Fatima:

Angelic apparitions of Fatima
The first angelic visit – Spring 1916: The Angel teaches the shepherd children how to pray.
The second angelic visit – Summer 1916: The Angel reveals himself as the Angel of Portugal and motivates the children to continue praying and to offer their repentance.

The Muslim holy month of Ramadan will begin on Monday, March 11 or Tuesday, March 12, depending on the sighting of the new moon.

The dawn-to-dusk fast lasts anywhere from 12 to 17 hours, depending on which part of the world you are in.

What is Ramadan?

The 9th and holiest month of the Islamic year, Ramadan is a time when Muslims from all over the world dedicate themselves to working on their spirituality.

As part of this month of spiritual rejuvenation, Muslims worldwide fast during daylight hours (consuming no food or water) as a form of worship to bring them closer to God. Families and friends unite to break their fast together, after sunset during iftar or before dawn during suhour.

During Ramadan, most Muslims try to avoid negative acts or their personal vices, whilst instead practicing positive acts, exercising self-control and showing compassion for those less fortunate than themselves. They aim to better their relationship with God and their community in various ways: by attending the mosque for iftar, spending extra time reading the Quran, participating in volunteer work, or coming together for long nights of prayer.

When is Ramadan?

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar - the timing is based on sightings of the crescent moon which means that the dates vary from year to year. In 2024, the month of Ramadan will begin around Sunday 10th of March.

Ramadan ends with the new moon and is celebrated with the holiday of Eid al-Fitr, the Festival of the Breaking of the Fast, where families and friends gather together to share celebratory meals and give gifts to their children. Eid al-Fitr is considered to be a time for gratitude, forgiveness, and for making amends.

How is Ramadan celebrated in Afghanistan?

We spoke to a member of staff from our Head Office in Kabul, to find out why Ramadan is important and how her family typically celebrate this special month:

Ramadan is a peaceful month, and a month of togetherness, celebration and happiness. We pray more, we fast during the day and each evening we prepare different kinds of dishes (for example Aay Khanum, Pakawra, Mantoo or Bolani) for Iftar. We spread out our big table cloth and everyone in our family comes together and sits down to pray before breaking the fast together.

How will you be celebrating?
Got any family recipes you'd like to share? Get in touch and let us know - we'd love to hear from you.

Recipes for Iftar, the breaking of the fast

In a culture ingrained with hospitality and sharing meals, observing Ramadan for our staff means creating delicious spreads of food for iftar, the breaking of the fast, where entire families come together.

Sufism:
Sufism known as التَّصَوُّف‎, at-taṣawwuf, is a mystic body of religious practice found within Islam which is characterized by a focus on Islamic purification, spirituality, ritualism, asceticism, and esotericism. It has been variously defined as "Islamic mysticism", "the mystical expression of Islamic faith", "the inward dimension of Islam", "the phenomenon of mysticism within Islam", the "main manifestation and the most important and central crystallization" of mystical practice in Islam, and "the interiorization and intensification of Islamic faith and practice".

Practitioners of Sufism are referred to as "Sufis" (from صُوفِيّ, ṣūfīy), and historically typically belonged to "orders" known as tariqa (pl. ṭuruq) – congregations formed around a grand wali who would be the last in a chain of successive teachers linking back to Muhammad, with the goal of undergoing Tazkiah (self purification) and the hope of reaching the spiritual station of Ihsan.

The ultimate aim of Sufis is to seek the pleasure of God by endeavoring to return to their original state of purity and natural disposition, known as fitra.
Sufism emerged early on in Islamic history, partly as a reaction against the worldliness of the early Umayyad Caliphate (661–750) and mainly under the tutelage of Hasan Al-Basri.

Although Sufis were opposed to dry legalism, they strictly observed Islamic law and belonged to various schools of Islamic jurisprudence and theology. Although the overwhelming majority of Sufis, both pre-modern and modern, remain adherents of Sunni Islam, certain strands of Sufi thought transferred over to the ambits of Shia Islam during the late medieval period. This particularly happened after the Safavid conversion of Iran under the concept of Irfan. Important focuses of Sufi worship include dhikr, the practice of remembrance of God. Sufis also played an important role in spreading Islam through their missionary and educational activities.

The Silk Road (Chinese: 絲綢之路) was a network of Eurasian trade routes active from the second century BCE until the mid-15th century. Spanning over 6,400 kilometers (4,000 miles), it played a central role in facilitating economic, cultural, political, and religious interactions between the East and West.
Here is my journey from Lahore to The lofty summit of Ultar (7388m), towering dramatically above Hunza, is believed to be where a fairy queen once lived in a crystal palace. It’s from this sacred mountain that Hunza’s irrigation water flows. Baltit Fort guards the entrance to the steep, narrow Ultar Nala, which opens in its upper reaches into a pasture surrounded by a cascade of glaciers and granite. The walk to the meadow and back can be done as a strenuous day hike, but spending a night is an unforgettable experience. On moonlit nights, Ultar is sublime. Frequent avalanches off the icefall punctuate the stillness and echo off the peaks and cliffs surrounding the meadow.
