Unless Joe dies, and I mean literally dies, they would potentially be conceding the entire election…it’s election law 101 that now has everyone panicking and Jill Biden I’m sure considering more sinister scenarios could now be at hand.
The best thing for Republicans is to allow him to keep running, but then ask yourself for a minute, why is the ‘blob’ now calling for the 25th Amendment to be invoked? We’ll come back around to this point very quickly.
According to earlier reports from the Daily Mail:
Democratic strategist David Axelrod, a key figure in Obama’s campaigns, had revealed that Biden’s team strategically scheduled one of the earliest presidential debates in history (June 27 on CNN) to dispel doubts about Biden’s capability. However, this move carried significant risks.
While a strong debate performance could rally Democratic support, any misstep could intensify calls for Biden’s replacement.
Political analyst Mark Penn, a former advisor to Clinton, highlighted the CNN debate as Biden’s crucial opportunity to reassure voters.
Sources close to DailyMail.com suggest that if Biden falters in the debate or if his poll numbers continue to decline, influential figures like Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer could collectively press him to withdraw. Well this is exactly what happened and now the Democrats have the disaster they do…a beautiful symphony of silence, speculation and sheer PANIC!
However, another potential complication arises if Biden adamantly refuses to step aside, potentially prolonging a divisive campaign within the party.
There have been ongoing reports of discontent within Biden’s own camp. Former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany cited insider information indicating tensions over Jill Biden’s insistence that Joe Biden seek re-election | her pleading and demanding that the inner circle DOES NOT CHANGE COURSE. Kamala Harris is reportedly upset over not being considered as a replacement candidate, screaming to all that listen why she is not immediately consider the heir apparent. Yet other names like Gretchen Whitmer and Gavin Newsom continue to be floated around.
And now we have this development. In a Fox News segment, former White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany dropped what she described as a “bombshell” concerning the current state of the Biden campaign.
McEnany quoted a post from Doug Kass, a hedge fund owner and prominent figure within the Democratic party, who claimed to have insider knowledge about a meeting taking place between President Joe Biden, his former Chief of Staff Ron Klain, and former President Barack Obama.

It will be an important tell if the fundraiser is cancelled.”
As you could imagine, we will be watching a waiting to see what happens.

It was the easiest and cleanest way to assure Biden’s Inner Circle would finally get the message, it’s time to exit stage left…everyone has now witnessed your real physical and mental condition…and it was disastrous.
So different than most today, I’m not going to play all of Biden’s gaffes, you can find those anywhere on the twitter, Truth, or simply any other broadcast anywhere in the world at the moment. No, rather, we are going to focus on those walking away from the funeral, with tears streaming down their face because they lost someone that they idolize, adore, and loved above all others…but my friends, this is not the end, this is just the beginning…Kamala showed all the cards just moments after, and yes, we all now have something much larger to be concerned about…and that’s the story we are going to cover here in just a minute.

What if millions of MAGA fans are subject to seeing their Commander in Chief cuffed for violating a gag order!? The forum and questions may offer him no option but to do exactly that and I will explain that further in just one minute!
During a tense hearing on Monday, former President Donald Trump’s attorney, Todd Blanche, urged federal judge Aileen Cannon, overseeing his classified documents case not to impose a gag order against him. Blanche argued that such an order could hinder Trump during his upcoming CNN debate with President Joe Biden on Thursday.
“If my client were to defend himself against any attacks related to the case, he could end up in a jail cell,” Blanche contended. Much like Judge Juan Merchan just did, surprisingly, yesterday with Trump’s ‘Hush Money’ gag order. But seriously, does that not start to raise some suspicion. Merchan literally states in his 5 page ruling, “…circumstances have now changed.” Trump now can tee off on Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen, jurors however remain protected. Why now, why right before the debate, there are almost too many traps here to figure out.
Blanche’s arguments were countered by federal prosecutor David Harbach, representing Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith, who advocated for the gag order. According to Politico, Harbach requested Judge Aileen Cannon to silence Trump regarding the case.
“If President Trump violates a gag order, prosecutors could obtain an arrest warrant and detain him,” Blanche warned during the hearing.
Smith initiated the request for the gag order, seeking to prevent Trump from discussing recently released documents showing that the DOJ authorized the use of deadly force during a raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence in August 2022.
Politico reported tensions escalating during the hearing, with Harbach complaining that Cannon’s interruptions hindered his arguments. Cannon responded sharply to Harbach, emphasizing the need for decorum in court proceedings.
“I would expect decorum at all times,” Cannon reportedly rebuked Harbach, urging him to “reset” his approach.
Harbach continued, labeling Trump’s remarks on the raid authorization as “false,” “inflammatory,” and potentially inciting violence. Problem, they weren’t! They were 100% accurate and in most cases actually worse the Trump vocalized. Judge Cannon extended the deadline for both parties to submit further documentation on the gag order proposal until Wednesday, withholding a decision timeline. The trial date has already been indefinitely postponed.
The first presidential debate of the 2024 election season between Trump and Biden is scheduled for Thursday in Atlanta. CNN anchors Jake Tapper and Dana Bash will moderate the forum, set to begin at 9 p.m. ET with limited commercial breaks. House Republicans have compiled substantial evidence suggesting that Hunter Biden earned millions during his father’s tenure as vice president from business dealings with individuals of questionable backgrounds. These include a Ukrainian energy firm flagged as corrupt by the State Department, a Chinese executive convicted of corruption by the DOJ, a Russian oligarch with barred access to American banking due to suspicious activities, a Romanian oligarch facing bribery charges, and two Americans convicted of securities fraud.
According to an Associated Press/University of Chicago poll, two-thirds of Americans now believe that Joe Biden may have engaged in something illegal or unethical.
Navigating through the complexities of these transactions and foreign entities can often obscure the true nature of influence peddling.
The focus of the impeachment inquiry led by House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer and Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (1) centers on a critical question that could reshape their case: Did U.S. intelligence or the FBI provide then-Vice President Joe Biden or President Barack Obama with briefings about the risks associated with the Biden family’s business ventures, given the numerous red flags surrounding Hunter Biden?
“It’s my belief that these briefings did occur,” Comer stated on the “Just the News, No Noise” television program. “From communications found on Hunter Biden’s laptop and information gathered during our investigation, it’s evident that Joe Biden was well-informed and actively involved in approving or disapproving the messaging regarding what the Bidens were actually doing versus what was reported in the mainstream media.”
“It’s difficult to imagine that Joe Biden and his team weren’t receiving comprehensive briefings from the FBI and intelligence agencies about the concerning activities of his son, especially considering the testimonies from Obama administration insiders who viewed Hunter as a liability,” he added.
The revelation of such briefings would significantly alter the narrative and raise serious questions about why Joe Biden continued to engage with his son’s business associates, including dining with them at places like Cafe Milano, despite being warned.
Throughout, Biden has repeatedly assured both the media and the public that he had no involvement whatsoever in his son’s business affairs.
In April, Comer and Jordan sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Director of National Intelligence Avril Hanes, seeking clarification on whether then-Vice President Biden received any defensive briefings regarding his son’s foreign business dealings.
Jordan, speaking on the “John Solomon Reports” podcast, confirmed that they had not yet received a response from the FBI but pledged to continue their investigation.
“Did then-Vice President Biden receive a real defensive briefing regarding his son’s activities, particularly his involvement with Burisma?” Jordan questioned. These inquiries arose during their scrutiny of the defensive briefing protocols.
“When Devon Archer testified under oath during his deposition and described how Hunter Biden intervened after Burisma’s head, Zlochevsky, sought assistance due to pressure, it fits into the timeframe of these events around 2015 and 2016,” Jordan added. “We’re committed to uncovering the truth through our investigation, much like we’ve done with other inquiries.”
The FBI declined to comment on Jordan’s letter or the status of its response, according to Just the News.

The Department of Justice announced on Friday that it will not pursue criminal charges against Attorney General Merrick B. Garland for defying a congressional subpoena to release audio recordings of President Biden’s interview by a special counsel. Yes, you heard that right, Merrick Garland has decided not to pursue criminal charges against Merrick Garland…need I say more, nonetheless I still will because this story gets far, far worse.
This decision was expected following President Biden’s invocation of executive privilege to protect the subpoenaed recordings from GOP lawmakers.
In a letter to Speaker Mike Johnson, oops, not that Michael Johnson, this Michael Johnson, Carlos Felipe Uriarte, Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs, reiterated the department’s stance that it does not prosecute officials for contempt of Congress when the President asserts executive privilege over subpoenaed information. This privilege allows the executive branch to withhold certain internal communications deemed confidential under the Constitution.
Speaker Johnson expressed disagreement with the Justice Department’s position and announced plans to file a lawsuit compelling Mr. Garland to comply with the subpoena. This dispute arose after House Republicans voted to hold Mr. Garland in contempt and referred the matter to the Justice Department, escalating tensions over the disclosure of recordings from an interview conducted by special counsel Robert K. Hur. But his is where the real story begins. Based on the Republican’s line of questioning to Merrick Garland and others, there appears to be more to this story than meets the eye. Is it possible that the recorded interview with President Biden has been deleted, BleachBited, wipe outed, disappeared…terms that follow the Democrat party like a dog follows it’s master after they yell “I have treat for you” but of course later to be portrayed in every made for agenda movie, series and sitcom as a Republican issue. Just watch the new series of Amazon’s The Boys and see exactly what I mean.
So, we’ll continue on in just a minute as we move forward in the plot twist of the Hur investigation lost tape and Biden validating exactly why it’s such a big concern.
Hur’s investigation, initiated in January 2023 to probe the handling of classified documents during Biden’s vice presidency, concluded in a nearly 400-page report that there was insufficient evidence to prosecute Biden for retaining classified materials without authorization. The report noted Biden’s cooperation and contrasted it with former President Donald J. Trump’s refusal to return similar documents to government custody. However, we all know that there is much, much more to this story.
