Tai Chi Master Gu made two videos reflecting on his disappointing performance at Xu Xiaodong's gym when he tried to box a student of Xu's. Master Gu also expressed that he absolutely still believes that Tai Chi can defeat boxing. If Internal Martial Arts is supposed to be adaptable to any style, then there could be merit to some of the principles.
