Simple Hack To Help Plane 8 Quarter 9 Foot Lumber In A Small Shop. we use our 6 foot level to act as a rail for planeing 9 foot lumber, it helps eliminate snipe .

it just happens to be the exact height we needed when we clamped it to our work table. so no more holding it with our hands and hoping we can keep it level enough , and some boards that size get pretty heavy.

Went to our buddies to grab our Walnut order that got delivered to his shop , he grabbed it with his Kubota SSV 75 skid steer , man Lumber is getting expensive. this load cost just over $1800 . it's just over 100 board feet.

Hello everyone , Matt Here from the Alexander Bros Woodworking , In todays video I am Doing what is hopefully the last test engrave for this sign we are doing for a local motorcycle club . The other tests we did were way too deep and looked like garbage .

We are using 3/4 maple plywood painted black so we can see the contrast from the carve . We are using a 1/8th bit to pocket out the majority of the material and follow up with a 1/4 60 degree Vee bit for the rest .

We are trying to dial in the depth for this local motorcycle clubs sign .
we are having an issue where the depth we set in the programming is different from the outcome , and we think the CNC is not running flat , as we know the bed waste board is flat , going to have to do more adjustment's I think , thanks for watching

added some copper colored epoxy to this slab to fill in holes and cracks , and man there was lots of micro cracks.
